These terms govern your use of WeLaddr and the WeLaddr website. By creating or using an account, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law.
Beta access and waitlist
Joining the beta waitlist does not guarantee access on a particular date, and beta access may be limited, paused, or changed as testing progresses. By submitting your email, you ask WeLaddr to contact you about beta availability and launch-related updates.
Using WeLaddr
You must be at least 13 and able to enter a binding agreement in your location. Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Community conduct
Do not post unlawful, threatening, exploitative, hateful, sexually abusive, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, or intellectual-property-infringing material. Do not harass people, impersonate others, manipulate rungs, automate spam, evade enforcement, or interfere with the service. The Community Guidelines provide additional detail.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant WeLaddr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically adapt that content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote WeLaddr. This license ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal requirements, or content shared by others where continued handling is necessary.
Rungs and rankings
Rungs, trends, percentiles, and leaderboards are product feedback and comparison tools. They have no cash value, do not establish professional credibility, and may change as the ranking system and eligible populations evolve. Removing content after its ten-minute unrated correction window does not remove its aggregate Ladder result; full account deletion removes that retained result through the account-deletion workflow.
Moderation and termination
We may limit distribution, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect members, comply with law, or maintain service integrity. Members may report content or accounts and may mute or block members in the app.
Service availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change during beta and after launch, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, WeLaddr disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
